The Value of Your Ticket is Safe
In the event we need to cancel any performance for any reason, you will have the option to receive a refund.
If your performance is postponed or rescheduled, we will automatically move your tickets to the new performance date(s). If you are unable to attend the new dates, we will work with you to find a solution, which may include, without limitation, an exchange into an alternate performance or a credit for a future performance.
Please note: refunds are only available for tickets purchased through Ticketmaster and the box office at Fresno Entertainment and Convention Center. Some restrictions apply. The above policies apply to tickets sold by Fresno Entertainment and Convention Center and Broadway Across America for presentations at The Saroyan Theatre in Fresno, California.

Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com/SubscriberTerms. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions. We do not support the reselling of these tickets above face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway Across America. Doing so will constitute a breach of these Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and Account Holders who violate this rule may be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats.
Show dates, on sale dates, times, prices, ticket limits and artists are subject to change without notice. No refunds. There is a limit of nine (9) tickets per account. All patrons, regardless of age, must have a ticket. Depending on production requirements, seating in the orchestra pit may become available without notice.
*Any requests for adjustments to the season subscription standard benefits or show offerings must be completed by July 12, 2022 and are limited to one request per subscription account per season. After the deadline only the benefits associated with the season subscription package will be offered.
