Additional tickets for all Broadway in Fresno at the Saroyan Theatre performances are available to Season Subscribers before tickets are released to the public on sales. We encourage you to purchase any additional tickets as soon as possible to ensure the best seating availability.

Additional ticket requests are processed in the order in which they are received. To guarantee priority seating, please be sure to order your additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public; however, you may place your order at any time prior to the performance (subject to availability). Show dates, on sale dates, times, prices and artists are subject to change without notice. Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you have agreed to such Terms and Conditions. We do not support the reselling of these tickets beyond face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway Across America. Doing so will constitute a breach of this season ticket privilege and the account holder will be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats. No refunds. Limit 8 additional tickets per show, per household. Please note, ticket limits may vary per show.


EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS

EXCHANGING TICKETS

Season Subscribers have the privilege of free ticket exchange for a different performance of the same show. Patrons have the option to exchange from one season show to another season show within the same season (restrictions may apply, details will be mailed out with the season tickets). While comparable seating cannot be guaranteed, all exchanges will be made from the best available seating within your desired price level. Please note, if you exchange your seats to a performance/section that is different than your seats’ original price level, the difference in pricing must be paid and the differences in price will not be refunded to you or applied to any other transaction.

Tickets must be exchanged by 48 hours before your old or new performance. Exchanges cannot be done over the phone and patrons must return the physical tickets. We make every effort to place you into comparable seating for exchanges, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Tickets purchased through Group Sales may not be exchanged.

Sorry, missed performances cannot be exchanged or refunded.



FEES

17/18 Season extra tickets

The price of extra subscription seats reflects the face value of your tickets as well as a $4 handling fee, and all applicable taxes.

17/18 SEASON SHOW PACKAGES
The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets as well as a $20 handling fee per seat for the season show package and all applicable taxes.

BENEFITS TO BEING A SEASON TICKET HOLDER

You are first in line for special engagement performances and advance single tickets for season shows (email required, make sure we have your updated email address on your order form). Renewal privileges allow subscribers to keep your same seats season after season. Be first in line to upgrade your season seats by renewing on the first day with written request to upgrade seats or switch packages.

PATRON CLUB

Only Broadway In Fresno Season Subscribers are invited to our exclusive, pre-show, gourmet dinner experience served in the theatre lobby 90 minutes prior to show time. Call our subscriber phone number, go online and login to the subscriber website, or go in person to the arena box office at the Fresno Convention Center.

For $44 per person, your dinner includes:

REFUND POLICY

Although we don’t want to see you go, subscriptions may be cancelled and refunded in full as long as the request is received prior to subscription packets & tickets being mailed. Subscription cancellations and refunds are not available after the run of the first subscription show. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. LOST TICKETS

If you have purchased from an authorized ticket source which is broadwayinfresno.com, in person at the arena box office, or over the phone (1.888.255.9363) we will have record of your sales transaction and can accommodate you. So if your tickets have been lost in the mail, misplaced or stolen? We’re happy to print duplicate tickets for you. They may be picked up the following ways: ~In person, with a valid ID at the box office located at the north end of the Selland Arena (700 M Street)

~An hour before your scheduled performance time/date with valid ID. Please call 1.888.255.9363 to set up the duplicate pass during our business hours or if not able to call arrive 10-20 minutes early before the show with ID to the Saroyan box office inside the Fresno Convention Center.

LATE ARRIVALS

The admission or re-admission of latecomers is subject to the producer’s rules for each individual show.

TICKETS FOR CHILDREN

A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age. All patrons (children or adult) must have a ticket. Parents should use discretion when deciding what shows are appropriate for their children.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We want to make sure you continue to receive important information on a timely basis. In order to ensure the security of your account all changes must be submitted in writing. There are a few ways to make changes to your phone, address, or email:

SHOW INFORMATION

Please be advised that productions begin promptly at the time stated on your ticket, and shows dictate a seating hold at the start of every performance. Please plan your travel and parking. For information on each show including buzz, photos and synopsis click on each show’s show page!

PARKING

There’s plenty of parking near the Saroyan Theatre. There are more than 3,500 parking spaces within a 3-minute walk. The closest area is the premiere event parking directly behind the Selland Arena and Valdez Hall, off of O Street, or in the adjacent City of Fresno parking garage behind the Saroyan Theatre. Premiere event parking is located in the Selland/Saroyan lot for $10. Other parking located in the surrounding areas as well as metered parking is also available, pricing may vary.
