Additional tickets for all Broadway in Fresno at the Saroyan Theatre performances are available to Season Subscribers before tickets are released to the public on sales. We encourage you to purchase any additional tickets as soon as possible to ensure the best seating availability.

Additional ticket requests are processed in the order in which they are received. To guarantee priority seating, please be sure to order your additional tickets before they go on sale to the general public; however, you may place your order at any time prior to the performance (subject to availability). Show dates, on sale dates, times, prices and artists are subject to change without notice. Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you have agreed to such Terms and Conditions. We do not support the reselling of these tickets beyond face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway Across America. Doing so will constitute a breach of this season ticket privilege and the account holder will be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats. No refunds. Limit 8 additional tickets per show, per household. There is a $8.50 fee for each additional ticket purchased. Please note, ticket limits may vary per show.


EXCHANGE YOUR TICKETS

EXCHANGING TICKETS

Unfortunately, comparable seating cannot always be guaranteed. All exchanges are subject to availability. The difference must be paid if exchanging into a higher priced seating location or performance. For the 2018/19 season or seating location and exchanges will be fee-free through all channels. Exchanges must be processed at least 48 hours prior to your performance for performances Tuesday through Saturday or by 5PM on Friday for Sunday performances.

Any requests for adjustments to the season subscription standard benefits or show offerings must be completed by the season subscription renewal deadline and are limited to one request per subscription account per season. After the renewal deadline only the benefits associated with the package will be offered.

When using your network benefits to exchange tickets into another city, the ticket exchange must be requested no later than two weeks prior to the performance in your home market. Requests after that point will not be guaranteed.

Tickets must be exchanged by 48 hours before your old or new performance. Exchanges cannot be done over the phone and patrons must return the physical tickets. We make every effort to place you into comparable seating for exchanges, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Tickets purchased through Group Sales may not be exchanged.

Sorry, missed performances cannot be exchanged or refunded.

17/18 Season extra tickets

The price of extra subscription seats reflects the face value of your tickets as well as a $4 processing fee, and all applicable taxes.

The price of each subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets as well as a $20 processing fee per seat for the season show package and all applicable taxes.

BENEFITS TO BEING A SEASON TICKET HOLDER

You are first in line for special engagement performances and advance single tickets for season shows (email required, make sure we have your updated email address on your order form). Renewal privileges allow subscribers to keep your same seats season after season. Be first in line to upgrade your season seats by renewing on the first day with written request to upgrade seats or switch packages.

PATRON CLUB

when purchased for all four Broadway shows, or $48 on a per-show basis Patron Club Members are invited into the theater lobby 90 minutes prior to show time—that’s 30 minutes earlier than doors open to the general public.

For $48 per person, your dinner includes:

ACCESSIBLE SERVICES

Accessible seating is reserved for guests with disabilities. Please call your Broadway representative at 1.888.255.9363 if you have not already specified needs at the time of purchase.

REFUND POLICY

Although we don’t want to see you go, subscriptions may be cancelled and refunded in full as long as the request is received prior to subscription packets & tickets being mailed. Subscription cancellations and refunds are not available after the run of the first subscription show. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. LOST TICKETS

If you have purchased from an authorized ticket source which is broadwayinfresno.com, in person at the arena box office, or over the phone (1.888.255.9363) we will have record of your sales transaction and can accommodate you. So if your tickets have been lost in the mail, misplaced or stolen? We’re happy to print duplicate tickets for you. They may be picked up the following ways: ~In person, with a valid ID at the box office located at the north end of the Selland Arena (700 M Street)

~An hour before your scheduled performance time/date with valid ID. Please call 1.888.255.9363 to set up the duplicate pass during our business hours or if not able to call arrive 10-20 minutes early before the show with ID to the Saroyan box office inside the Fresno Convention Center.

LATE ARRIVALS

The admission or re-admission of latecomers is subject to the producer’s rules for each individual show.

TICKETS FOR CHILDREN

A ticket must be purchased for every person attending the show, regardless of age. All patrons (children or adult) must have a ticket. Parents should use discretion when deciding what shows are appropriate for their children.

CHANGE OF ADDRESS

We want to make sure you continue to receive important information on a timely basis. In order to ensure the security of your account all changes must be submitted in writing. There are a few ways to make changes to your phone, address, or email:

Please be advised that productions begin promptly at the time stated on your ticket, and shows dictate a seating hold at the start of every performance. Please plan your travel and parking. For information on each show including buzz, photos and synopsis click on each show’s show page!

PARKING

There’s plenty of parking near the Saroyan Theatre. There are more than 3,500 parking spaces within a 3-minute walk. The closest area is the premiere event parking directly behind the Selland Arena and Valdez Hall, off of O Street, or in the adjacent City of Fresno parking garage behind the Saroyan Theatre. Premiere event parking is located in the Selland/Saroyan lot for $10. Other parking located in the surrounding areas as well as metered parking is also available, pricing may vary.
